How we respond?

A lot of things happen in our lives, that we have no control over. We find that we need to find solutions or a new direction! It is absolutely how we respond to the shit shows that come our way, this is what creates the life we want to live. How we respond !

It’s never easy to hear news that rocks the boat. We have recently received several pieces of news, that has rocked our happy little boat, in ways I never imagined. At first I was angry and hurt, and even scared, but being reactive to something that may or may not be, is not the answer!! Proactive!, now that is the way to handle some of this stuff!!

I have an odd growth that has to be removed and sent in to be tested. That is a little speed bump that rocked our boat a tad. Is it terrible ?, no, not really. It is a bit scary though. And we are getting some tests done and doing the preventative measures that hopefully produce a positive, happy outcome. And in the midst of this process we were handed more uncertainty. But uncertainty is not a place we choose to camp out in!!

We truly need to focus on what we can do to make good things happen and be prepared for those bumps to rock us a little, and not let them throw us overboard. It really is all down to how we respond. And honestly pay attention to the people you surround yourself with!, your tribe is gonna help how you respond to all the stuff in the middle!

Today, I am off to have a biopsy on my breast. And trust me when I say that hearing they found a questionable spot there as well, truly threw me!! I wasn’t expecting this event as well. And I found out the same day that my very young, great nephew had passed away, losing his battle with brain cancer.

The last few months kind of feel like we are children, navigating rough waters for the first time. We will get through these speed bumps and come out stronger on the other side!!! Because of how we are responding!!

Stay proactive in your life!! Be present, seek your joy, and love on your tribe ❤️❤️. I will be back to share more soon 😁

Love and Light
